March update

Great work on the weekend. We lead junior women, junior men, senior women and are third in senior men.
Fantastic results by Kathryn Ewels and Bryan Keely in particular. Well done!
Just a reminder that if you are good enough to get on the podium, please wear your state top for the presentation (even if it smells). It looks much better for photos and sponsors. From Sunday, the senior men's photo is the only one published on the OA website, as the winners in the other classes didn't have their team shirts on. If you want to get your photo published on magazines and websites, then please support the organisations that assist you.

I'm entering all races for the team for the Canberra NOLs later this week.
Preliminary mixed relay teams will be:
Open
Kathryn and Bruce
Jasmine and Toph
Kirsten and Jim

Junior
Aislinn and Bryan
Jasmine and Morten
Rebekah and Leon
Max and Todd*
Changes will be made if necessary after Easter.
(Rebekah will not run NOL on the Sunday.)
Orienteering Victoria will pay entry fees, but will then subtract this from any travel and accommodation expenses that you claim.
This is the final call for anyone else who wants to enter. The entries will be sent this Friday.

Lastly, Kathryn is keen to do some sprint distance training in Melbourne this Saturday. Please get in touch with her if you wish to join her. She may be able to pass on some of her winning secrets!
